Experience
I engage in training of staffs members in a bank. I am also involved in some informal tutoring of colleagues and other individuals as required. I believe the more I tutor the more I gain knowledge. Tutoring is more like a hobby to me because I do it with passion and I always get compliments from people I tutor. I am a postgraduate of Economics and Finance with BSc (Hons) in Economics. Education is a good investment in human capital which can be easily transferred to people without depreciation of knowledge by the tutor, but rather the tutor could as well learn in the process of tutoring. People learn everyday no matter how old you are. I engage in presentations in universities and companies. I have been involved in leadership positions which entails proper planning and co-ordination. This skill help me in putting people in the right direction when they require knowledge of something.
